I'M KEEN! HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Postage and packaging is set at a flat rate of £1.99 anywhere in the UK. Or if you want to collect your order in person from Nottingham, choose 'Free Collection' in the Shipping Options at Checkout.

 

RAD! WHERE WILL YOU SHIP TOO?

At the moment delivery is only happening in the UK due to uncertain tax charges for EU customers. If you really want to order, but are not in the UK, drop a message via the contact page, and we'll see what we can do.

 

WAIT, YOU BEST NOT BE USING ANY DAMN PLASTIC PACKAGING?

Nope, all orders are posted in padded mailing bags that are made with a 100% recycled paper fibre lining and are fully recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable. Put that on your compost heap and rot it! (Or re-use it, that's even better!)

 

COOL...HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REACH ME?

Orders will be posted within 2 working days of being placed, and should take 3 working days to get to you. Please bare in mind deliveries might be slightly delayed in these covid restricted times.

 

CAN I TRACK MY GOODIES?

Tracking is not available I'm afraid. But you'll get a confirmation email to let you know when your order has been posted.

 

BUT WHAT IF I DON"T LIKE IT?

No worries. If for whatever reason you don't like the product, drop a message via the contact page. You can return the item within 14 days for a refund as long as it is in unused condition and is not damaged (I'll know if you have taken it on a camping trip from the wood smoke smell!) Return postage will have to be paid by you though, and only the cost of the original item will be refunded (not postage costs). Refunds will be via PayPal once the product is received.
